I’m Stephen Beecroft — an award‑winning North East wedding photographer with over a decade of experience capturing elegant, emotive celebrations across Newcastle, Northumberland, Durham and beyond. My work blends documentary storytelling with refined, editorial‑inspired portraiture, creating timeless images that feel both natural and beautifully considered.

My career has taken me throughout the UK and Europe, photographing weddings in destinations such as the vineyards of the Czech Republic, the sun‑drenched beaches of Portugal, and the iconic shores of Lake Bled. Whether I’m shooting a luxury Northumberland estate wedding or an intimate elopement abroad, my approach remains the same: calm, unobtrusive, and focused on genuine connection.

When I’m not photographing weddings, I’m usually at home with my twin girls, building LEGO towers or exploring the North East countryside with a camera in hand. The landscapes, coastlines, and changing light of this region continue to inspire my work and shape my artistic style.
