A close Wedding for me today - I met Hannah at her own house in Blyth before their ceremony at St Wilfrids Church.
A fairly relaxed morning with her bridesmaids. I captured some details and then some portraits once they were ready along with her dad Kevin.
A nice short trip from their home to the Church meant I didn't have to miss too much of action travelling around. I arrived to meet up with Ollie and to get a few pictures with his Best Man.
Hannah didn't keep her groom waiting too long before putting in an appearance.
Father Quinn presided over a great ceremony in such a beautiful setting.
From my point of view St Wilfrid's is filled with lovely light that highlights the details within the Church.
After heading outside we setup a confetti shot and quickly got through some family and friends group photos. Again we were handed some lovely light for the occasion.
I always like to take some portraits of the couple by themselves after the ceremony when I think it is a good time for them to talk to each other and reflect on the service. The rest of their guests headed off to their reception. St Wilfrid's leads it self lovely to some nice portraits with its stain glass windows and architectural features.
When we arrived at the Marriott at Gosforth Park we had some free time so we created a few images with Hannah and Ollie and their Bridesmaids and Best Man.
Next it was on to the speeches which were filled with humour and some emotion.
To start the nighttime festivities we had the customary cutting of the cake and then into the couples first dance. The nights entertainment was provided by The Purple Supper Band.
There was one last opportunity for a great image as the sun was just about setting I asked Hannah and Ollie if they would come out for one last time for me to setup the Photograph below.
Thanks again to Hannah and Ollie for booking me to photograph their great Wedding.
